Greetings Loved ones,
we are so glad you have taken the time to look at and consider what we offer here at The Spirit of Yahusha Church. We believe the first and most important matter of the Church is to preach the Gospel of Christ to all creation, as Christ stated in Mark 16:15-16.
We believe that once an individual has received and accepted the good news of Christ and his salvation, they are ready to and have begun to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, that all things shall be added unto them, as instructed by Christ to His followers in Matthew 6:33.
At this point, a believer is ready to start to get involved where the Holy Spirit is leading them to go, here at The Spirit of Yahusha Church we have the vision to provide opportunities to these followers through various church ministries programs that all offer a wide variety of opportunities to learn and serve or just donate to , as all donations are tax-deductible.
Some of the ministries and services available include healing, prayer, alternative medicine, alternative building techniques, alternative fuels and energy including hydrogen, along with permaculture and organic gardening, and water storage for sustainable living applications, as one of the church’s goals is to create a sustainable community that consciously follows the words of Christ as mentioned in James 1:22: ‘But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only,’
We belive that together we can help create a better tomorrow through the empowerment of Godly education, with hands-on experience and guidance for all, with the common goal to better humanity. We hope to have you join us in this mission, whether it be by tax-deductible donation, volunteer work, or with an official membership with The Spirit of Yahusha Church.
May the Holy Spirit’s light lead you on your path always. From all of us here at The Spirit of Yahusha Church, God bless you. As stated in Numbers 6:24-26: ‘The Lord bless thee and keep thee; the Lord make His face shine upon thee; the Lord lift up His countenance upon thee and give thee peace.’
In closing we would like you say that
We are looking forward to Hearing from you, so please feel free to Contact us today and let us know how we can help you in get involved in the direction that you are needing to go, as it is one of the Core beliefs of this Church that to
“Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.”
If you give a man a fish he will eat today
The phrase “if you give a man a fish, he will eat today” is a common idiom that highlights the difference between providing temporary sustenance and empowering someone to sustain themselves in the long run. It suggests that giving someone a fish (or a one-time solution) only provides immediate relief, whereas teaching someone to fish (or providing a skill or knowledge) enables them to feed themselves for a longer period.
The Original Meaning
The phrase is often attributed to Chinese philosopher Mencius, who said, “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.” This phrase emphasizes the importance of education, skill-building, and self-sufficiency over mere handouts.
The Implications
This concept has far-reaching implications in various aspects of life, including:
- Education: Providing education and skills empowers individuals to become self-sufficient and contribute to society in meaningful ways.
- Economic Development: Encouraging entrepreneurship, innovation, and skill-building can lead to sustainable economic growth and development.
- Personal Growth: Teaching someone a new skill or providing guidance can help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
- Community Building: Fostering a sense of community and mutual support can lead to a more resilient and self-sufficient society.
In Conclusion
The phrase “if you give a man a fish, he will eat today” serves as a reminder that true empowerment comes from teaching others to be self-sufficient, rather than simply providing temporary solutions. By focusing on education, skill-building, and personal growth, we can create a more sustainable and equitable society for all.
May The Fathers Light Lead you & His Spirit Be with you.
